Join us for a delicious 5 course Game Meat dinner with winemaker Adam Marks who’s behind the fabulous Bress Wines. 'Adam has twenty six years experience in the wine industry, with wine making experience gained in all wine producing continents except Africa, all underpinned by tertiary qualifications in viticulture and wine-making. For the last ten years he has been the owner and operator of Bress Wine, Cider and Produce, a dynamic agribusiness focusing on the crafting of wine, cider and produce using biodynamic and sustainable farming practice in Harcourt Valley, Central Victoria'. We will be hunting down some Duck, Venison, Boar and Pheasant and pairing them with 8 Bress drops, along with sparkling to start and cider to finish. Adam will be pouring one of his personal '08 Shiraz collection, so don't miss out on this exclusive chance to meet Adam, taste one of his rare hidden vintages and indulge in our wintery Game On creations by Hugh Sanderson.
